Lucid Balance has semi-private and private classes to satisfy all abilities and tastes, from long-term practitioners who wish to explore the deeper realms of Yoga to new practitioners who want a slower pace and in-depth instruction. However, we ultimately believe every body is unique and that your yoga classes should accommodate the little differences that make you, you.
Thanks to our small classes (max 6 clients per class), whenever you show up to the mat at Lucid Balance, you’ll get a personalized practice that honours your individual strengths and limitations, and guides you safely to achieve poses and experiences you never thought possible.

Freedom & Discovery; the crux of our yoga practice. A synergy between physical exercise, breath and mindfulness with the intention to develop a strong body and a clear mind.
The practise will commence with various pranayama exercises to cleanse and rejuvenate the Self. A seamless, simple and empowering routine with the mind, body and breath working together. We will sit together for some meditation and then a deep relaxation to finish our practice.
LUCID YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative and calming form of yoga that involves holding poses for 3 to 5 minutes, to gently stretch and strengthen the connective tissues. Yin poses stimulate and remove blocks in the myofascial meridians in the body. This has the effect of balancing the body's internal organs and systems with improved chi/prana. You will experience improved flexibility, greater joint mobility, better sleep quality and an amazing sense of emotional and physiological lightness.

BARREFUSION + YIN YOGA

30 minutes of Barrefusion followed by half an hour of Yin Yoga -
Barrefusion is the ULTIMATE full body soul seeking experience! Using small 1" isometric contractions, this form of fitness is truly transformational! Our method will strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body, whilst revitalising the mind. Most importantly, it's fun (and addictive when you see how quickly it shapes your body).

LUCID PREGNANCY YOGA
Yoga during and after pregnancy has immeasurable benefits for both mum and baby. It is a blessing and a really sacred practice. Adapted yoga postures alongside breathing and relaxation techniques help to strengthen your body and calm your mind in preparation for birth. The classes will enhance the wellbeing of you and your baby throughout this special time in a positive, active and relaxed atmosphere. Time to deepen the connection between yourself and your baba!
