I have been a lifelong student of yoga and have built my teaching practise on the fundamentals of holistic wellbeing for the past 18 years. I am intentional about supporting my clients in their personal development via the artful physical expression of Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation to promote healthy bodies and minds.

Combining simplicity with profound insight, my deeply personal teachings provide a down-to-earth approach which my clients describe as intense and transformational. 

My childhood was spent in the magical mountains of Rajasthan, India where I had the opportunity to learn sacred and relevant lessons from the Vedanta, Yoga philosophy and Buddhism. These precious gems of wisdom were relayed in the most simple and natural way. India is a myriad of spiritual practises and belief systems. Hence, it was a way of life, to be exposed to these ancient wisdoms from childhood. 

I began studying yoga when I was 9 years old, at the same time that I started learning Kathak and this was when the seeds of my yoga practise were firmly planted. 

I have had the honour to deepen my study of yoga under the tutelage of some exceptional teachers like Avril Loy, Shiva Rea, Sarah Powers, Cindy Lee, Bryan Kest, Elena Brower, Una Dinsmore, the teachings of Sadhguru, Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Gabor Mate,  and of course my yoga teachers in India who introduced me to the wonderful, powerful art of living, called Yoga.
